Gloriana Garro

Gloriana Garro, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Organizational Development at RF-SMART since February 2024. Previously, from January 2013 to September 2023, Gloriana held various leadership roles at Crowley, including Head of Talent & Development, where contributions included redesigning the Performance Management process and implementing global talent development programs. Prior experience includes positions at Stream Global Services, where Gloriana directed training and quality assurance initiatives across the Caribbean and Latin America, and a role as Senior Mentor Teacher at Centro Cultural Costarricense Norteamericano. Gloriana's educational background includes a specialization in Human Resources Strategic Management from Aden Business School, a Master's degree in Education Administration from Universidad Estatal a Distancia de Costa Rica, and a Bachelor's degree in English Teaching from Universidad de Costa Rica UCR.
