Jason Mundell

Jason Mundell has a wealth of experience in supply chain and distribution management. Jason currently holds the position of Senior Product Strategy Director - Oracle Cloud Supply Chain at RF-SMART, a division of ICS, where they are responsible for overseeing product strategy in the Oracle Cloud Supply Chain division. Previously, they worked as a Product Strategy Manager in the same company.

Before joining RF-SMART, Jason worked at Gates Corporation, where they held several roles. Jason served as the Senior Director of North America Distribution, responsible for overseeing a team of approximately 400 people across 7 distribution centers/plants. Jason also played a key role in developing and implementing best practices related to inventory control, inbound/outbound standard operating procedures, and incentive programs. Additionally, they served as the Director of US Distribution, overseeing all aspects of distribution operations and projects. Jason led an SAP project that aimed to improve distribution center operations globally, as well as spearheaded distribution center rework projects in the US, developed best practice standard operating procedures, and implemented metrics to monitor operational improvement.

Prior to their tenure at Gates Corporation, Jason worked at AmerisourceBergen for over a decade. As a Senior Project Director, they were responsible for developing and implementing a strategic plan to improve multiple distribution centers. Jason also managed a team of directors, managers, and analysts who worked on various distribution projects. Jason also held the position of Project Director II, where they led a project management group responsible for delivering large-scale cross-functional supply chain, distribution, and logistics projects.

Earlier in their career, Jason served as the Corporate Director of Ecommerce Distribution at eToys, where they managed distribution and logistics systems and drop ship relationships. At AmerisourceBergen, they held the role of Corporate Director of WMS Systems/Implementations, where they led Greenfield process and systems improvement projects.

Prior to joining AmerisourceBergen, Jason worked at J.D. Edwards as a Product Manager/Software Developer, overseeing the CRM software application and executing demos and training classes.

Before their corporate experiences, Jason started their career as the owner and consultant of Mundell and Associates. Jason also held a consulting role at The Summit Group.

Jason Mundell attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and International Business. In May 2019, they also received a certification as a Development Dimensions International Certified Instructor from DDI | Development Dimensions International.
