Pete Pennella

Pete Pennella has extensive work experience in human resources and talent management. Pete is currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at RF-SMART. Prior to this, they worked at FIS where they held various roles, including SVP of Global Employee Relations, SVP of Sr. Business Partner and Regional People Leader (Americas/APAC), and VP of Global Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Americas People Leader. At FIS, they implemented employee relations and compliance strategies, managed HR operations, and led a team of global recruiters. Before joining FIS, Pete worked as a Sr. IT Recruiter/Staffing Manager at TEKsystems.

Pete Pennella obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from Jacksonville University, where they studied from 1993 to 1998. In addition to their formal education, Pete also obtained certifications in HR and Digital Transformation from LinkedIn in May 2020, as well as a certification in People Analytics from the same institution during the same month and year.
