Rob Laster

Rob Laster is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and organizational management. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Vital Records Control, Rob's previous roles include Sr. Director of Human Resources at Helen of Troy and Regional Director of HR & Operations at WMS / HBC. Additionally, Rob has contributed as a member of the Board of Directors for the DeSoto County Economic Development Council and held the position of Divisional Director of Talent Management at DFS Group Limited. Rob holds a degree in Organizational Management with a focus on Human Resources from Bethel University's College of Professional Studies, and has educational experience from the University of Tennessee at Martin.
