Jason Fidalgo

Jason Fidalgo has a diverse work experience that spans several industries. Jason currently holds the position of Director of IT & Security at RFA Bank of Canada, where they have been working since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Street Capital Bank of Canada for several years, holding various managerial roles in infrastructure and support. Jason also has experience in IT support and system analysis at Street Capital Financial Corporation. Before that, Jason worked as a Corporate IT Specialist at IQT Solutions, where they provided tech support and handled customer problems. Jason began their career as a Help Desk & Technical Support Specialist at Beam Echo, a third-party Apple reseller and repair center. Jason also had a brief stint in warehouse management at Apple Inc.

Jason Fidalgo obtained a Certificate in Computer Systems Technology from Durham College, where they studied from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they also earned a Certificate in Computer Systems Technology (Co-op) from Seneca Polytechnic, where they completed their studies between 2005 and 2007.
