Olga Malakhova

Olga Malakhova is an experienced project manager and Scrum Master with a robust background in managing international teams and delivering projects within the technology sector. Currently at RFA as a Project Manager, Olga previously served as a SAFe Scrum Master at BORN Group, where responsibilities included leading Agile ceremonies and enhancing team collaboration. Prior roles included overseeing operations for VEON, launching a digital engagement platform across multiple markets, and successfully managing the launch of a mobile app at Beeline Russia that garnered over 1 million downloads. Olga holds a Bachelor’s degree from Plekhanov Russian University of Economics and a Master’s degree from Saratov State University.
