Arun Pandey

Arun Pandey has an extensive work experience history in various HR management roles. Arun is currently serving as the General Manager (Corp.HR) at RFCL Office Noida since December 2022. Prior to this, Arun held the position of General Manager (HR) at National Fertilizers Limited starting from February 2020 and also served as the Dy.General Manager HR at the same company from May 2018. Before that, they held the role of Dy.General Manager (HR) in Brahmaputra Cracker and Polymer Limited from April 2010 to May 2018. Arun has also worked as a Sr.Manager (HR) at JSW Energy in 2009 and as DGM-HRD at Tecumseh Products Company from April 2008 to January 2009. Additionally, they have experience as a DGM-HRD at Hella India Lighting Ltd.-Faridabad from October 2006 to April 2008, where they handled HR verticals and provided guidance to Hella Electronics (Gurgaon) and their Design centre in Pune. Arun's career includes a significant role as Sr.Manager- Corp.HR at Amtek Auto Limited, where they strengthened Corp. HR setup, initiated and consolidated new HR initiatives from September 2000 to October 2006. Arun started their career as a Personal Officer at J.K.Pharmaceuticals, where they served from 1993 to 1997.

Arun Pandey completed their Matriculation from DVC High School in Dhanbad. Arun then attended Delhi University from 1987 to 1990, where they pursued a degree in History with a focus on History. Following that, they enrolled at Magadh University from 1990 to 1992 for a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree, specializing in Human Resource.
