Shobhit Kulshrestha

Shobhit Kulshrestha has over 20 years of experience in human resources management. Shobhit currently serves as the Chief Manager HR at RAMAGUNDAM FERTILIZERS AND CHEMICALS LIMITED. Prior to this, they worked at NBCC (India) Limited as the ADDL. GENERAL MANAGER (HRM) from October 2019 to January 2023 and as the DY. GENERAL MANAGER (HRM) from February 2016 to October 2019. Before joining NBCC, Shobhit worked at Bharat Dynamics Limited as the Manager - P & A from January 2009 to February 2016. At Bharat Dynamics, they were responsible for various HR functions such as manpower planning, recruitment, executive development, policy writing, and performance management. Shobhit also worked at Indo Asian Simon Pvt. Ltd. as the Dy. Manager (P & A) from November 2007 to December 2008 and at Dhanuka Agritech Ltd. as the Manager (P&A) from June 2002 to November 2007, where they handled overall HR functions including hiring, performance assessments, payroll management, and training.

Shobhit Kulshrestha completed their education in a chronological order. Shobhit attended Vidya Mandir Inter College, BHEL, Haridwar from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained their Intermediate degree in Science. Following that, from 1993 to 1996, they attended Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya and received their B.Sc. degree in Physics, Chemistry, and Maths. Lastly, they pursued a PG Diploma in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, which they completed from 1996 to 1998.
