    * RFD-TV, LLC – Operates a cable TV network with approximately 40 million subscribers via DISH Network (231), DIRECTV (345), Verizon FiOS TV (247), Time Warner, Comcast, Mediacom, Charter, Bresnan, Brighthouse, Cox, and more than 600 independent rural cable systems.

    * RFD-TV The Magazine, LLC - Publishes a bi-monthly companion magazine to over 165,000 paid subscribers.

    * RFD-TV The Theatre, LLC – Operates a 2,000 soft-seat theatre headquartered in Branson, Missouri used to showcase national talent and other rural favorites.  Headlining group is Brule’—a native American musical group.

    * RFD HD, LLC – Operates a high-definition version of RFD-TV.

    * RURAL TV, LLC – Operates an international cable TV network in the UK with approximately 9 million subscribers on BSkyB and Freesat.  RMG is in discussions with operators to launch RURAL TV in countries including Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Ireland and Canada.
 
RMG’s corporate headquarters are located in Gretna, Nebraska with network operations in Nashville, Tennessee.
