Michelle Demartino

Michelle DeMartino is a seasoned professional in investor relations and private equity with a strong track record across multiple roles. Currently serving as the Director of Investor Relations at RFE Investment Partners since October 2025, Michelle previously held the position of Vice President at Champlain Advisors from August 2021 to October 2025, focusing on client development. Additional experience includes a consultancy role in private equity investor relations at Cycle Communications and advisory services at Chestnut Advisory Group in early 2021, along with a brief tenure as a business development consultant at Thai Capital Management. Michelle holds a B.S. in Finance and International Studies from the University of Connecticut and a certificate in accounting coursework from Fairfield University.
