Luis Sarmiento

Luis Sarmiento is an experienced Environmental and Energy Economist currently working at the RFF-CMCC European Institute on Economics and the Environment since September 2020, focusing on causal inference to analyze environmental externalities and developing micro-economic agent-based models for green technology adoption.
