Chris Greenacre

Chris Greenacre has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Chris currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer at RFI Global since February 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Zencargo from March 2021 to January 2023 and at Sonovate from April 2018 to March 2021.

Before joining these companies, Chris worked at PwC for a significant period, starting in 2004. During their time at PwC, they held various roles including Director, Capital Markets from July 2014 to April 2018. In this role, they led large and complex capital market transactions, managed multiple stakeholders, and advised senior clients at the board level. Chris also played a key role in building the financial services capability within the capital markets group.

Prior to their Director position, Chris served as Senior Manager, Capital Markets from December 2011 to June 2014, where they managed audits in the banking and asset management sectors. Chris also held roles as Manager and Senior Associate, where they managed audits in the technology and banking sectors, contributing to IFRS transition projects and leading workstreams for significant banking restructuring projects.

Chris began their career at Brennan Neil & Leonard in July 2001, working as a Senior until October 2004.

Chris Greenacre attended Newcastle University from 1998 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accountancy and Financial Analysis. Additionally, they have also completed a program at ACCA, although the specific details of this education experience are not provided.
