Simon Coles has extensive experience in business development and regional management within the technology and security sectors. Currently serving as the New Zealand Manager for Business Development at RFI Technology Solutions since June 2025, Simon is responsible for the company’s product portfolio. Prior to this role, Simon held multiple positions at Motorola Solutions, including Regional Manager for Channel & Solutions and NZ Regional Sales Manager, where responsibilities spanned sales for cloud services and physical security solutions. Simon's career also includes leadership roles at Samsung Electronics, TelstraClear, McAfee, and Hewlett-Packard, along with a strong educational background from The University of Waikato.
