John Kennedy Joseph

John Kennedy Joseph is the current Director of Software Delivery & Support at RFID Global Solution. John has over 16 years of experience in the IT industry, specializing in software development and project management.

John started their career as a Technical Lead at Wipro Technologies, where they worked on design and development of projects using ATG and Vignette Portals. John then took on client-facing roles for major eCommerce clients in the US and Europe, working as an onsite lead and program lead.

In 2006, John moved to the US to work as a Business System Analyst for the world's largest ORMS implementation for a leading grocery retail client. John was responsible for designing and developing solutions on the ATG commerce framework, as well as leading the team at onsite and managing offshore deliverables.

After four years at the grocery retailer, John returned to Wipro Technologies as a Director of Software Delivery & Support. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the software delivery process and providing support to customers. John has also continued to play a key role in major eCommerce projects in the US and Europe.
