Pam Blessington

Pam Blessington has a diverse work experience in the field of finance and accounting. Pam started their career at Lend Lease Actus as a Senior Project Accountant and later served as the System Administrator for their accounting software. Pam then worked at Discovery Builders as a Controller/Office Manager, where they played a pivotal role in setting up accounting processes and systems and managing financial and business planning activities. Pam also worked as an Accounting Consultant and Controller/Office Manager at Michael Heavey Construction Inc. Pam later joined Collier Warehouse Inc as an Accounting Manager/Payroll Manager, where they established financial status and maintained accounting controls. Pam also served as a Controller at Altera Windows and Doors, California Window Concepts, Inc., and Pacific West Capital Holdings, Inc. Currently, they are the Chief Financial Officer at RFJ Meiswinkel Company. Throughout their career, Pam has demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and ensuring regulatory and legal compliance.

Pam Blessington earned an Associate of Arts degree in Accounting from Bellevue College.
