Cayla Damick

Cayla Damick is a professional with extensive experience in development and production within nonprofit and creative sectors. Currently serving in the Development role at Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights since June 2024, Cayla previously held the position of Development Manager at The Urban Assembly, Inc. from May 2023 to June 2024. Earlier experience includes a significant role on the Major Gifts Team at Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) from January 2020 to May 2023, and a Master's in Nonprofit Management from Columbia University, where studies were completed from 2019 to 2021. Cayla's background also includes positions such as Volunteer Coordinator/Grants Coordinator at Badass Brooklyn Animal Rescue, Executive Producer and Owner of Spirit Animal Productions, and Head of Production for Judy Casey/The Garden Party. Education culminated in a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Washington University in St. Louis from 2004 to 2008.
