Do you actually want to:

    Scale your agency quickly?
    Make more money?

Most agencies struggle not because they lack methods, but because they’re following the wrong model. Gurus sell methods like VAs cold emailing, cold calling, cold messaging, or paid ads—all of which work, but only if you’ve got the right foundation. The truth is:

MODEL > METHOD

If your model is broken, no method will consistently bring results. But when your model is right, every method can work for you. Imagine being able to outspend competitors, paying $5,000, $7,000, or even $10,000+ to acquire each customer. That’s possible with the right model.

The Broke(n) Agency Model:

Agencies don’t make enough money up front to market aggressively.
Retainers churn clients fast—small businesses hate recurring bills.
Most agencies have razor-thin profit margins (11-20%).
Agencies are stuck in a master-servant relationship with clients who see them as a cost, not a partner.

Here’s the fix: a model where you get paid more per client, align your incentives with your client’s success, and remove the constant churn and client headache. That’s exactly what I’ve built with RFLOW.

Meet RFLOW:

RFLOW uses cutting-edge AI to engage your clients’ leads over SMS and WhatsApp—so you can get paid for real value with booked appointments. This model allows you to earn more per client with zero risk and zero churn. You control the outcomes, turning client results into your revenue.
