Kim Flynn

Kim Flynn is currently a Quality Assurance Analyst at RFMS. Kim has previously worked as a customer service representative at the Chicago Tribune, where they were recommended for a district manager position. Kim also spent five years as the Vice President of Cottages & Castles Co., where they handled all legal, financial, marketing, and administration aspects of the business. Prior to that, they were the Administrator of Michael Thomas Flooring Co. for nine years, during which time they developed and started the business. For the past 35 years, they have been the General Manager of M & L's Flooring America. Kim also spent two years as a sales clerk at Kemper Insurance Gift Shop Vendor.

Kim Flynn's educational career includes a high school diploma in accounting and finance from Lake Zurich Senior High School, as well as various certifications from Flooring America, Boa-Franc, CCA Global Partners, the State of Illinois, and the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
