Andrew Haworth has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Andrew most recently worked for BLAST as the VP of Ecosystems, Valve & Riot and as the Commissioner of BLAST Premier, where they focused on developing and growing the company and creating an improved CS:GO ecosystem through partnerships. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Operations & Production, leading the expansion of BLAST Pro Series into BLAST Premier. Before joining BLAST, Andrew worked as a Director at Foxbourne Live, where they provided freelance operations and events management consultancy to various clients. Andrew also worked as the Venue Cluster Manager at the Baku 2017 Islamic Solidarity Games and as a Senior Manager in Venue Management at the Baku 2015 European Games Operation Committee. At Live Nation, Andrew held multiple roles, including Project Manager and Environmental Manager, where they managed major festivals and events across the UK. Andrew began their career at the Royal Bank of Scotland, where they served as the Group EMS Manager and participated in the Graduate Management Programme at the Royal Bank of Scotland Business. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in operations, project management, venue planning, and event strategy.

Andrew Haworth attended Sir Thomas Rich's Grammar School from 1998 to 2000. Andrew then enrolled at Durham University, Hatfield College, where they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Geology from 2001 to 2004. Andrew furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Science degree in Integrated Environmental Management at the University of Bath from 2005 to 2008.
