James Woollard

James Woollard has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. James has worked at BLAST as the Director of Market Development, where they focused on expanding the company's events, products, and projects into new markets. James also worked as the Head of Commercial Solutions, responsible for delivering global events and sponsorship opportunities for BLAST Premier.

Prior to BLAST, James worked at FIFA as a Senior Process and Planning Manager and a Project Planning and Integration Manager. In these roles, they optimized processes, managed projects, and supported successful tournament and event development and delivery on a global scale.

James also held positions at Wilson James, where they served as the Head of Strategic Projects and Proposals, Lead Bid Manager, and Bid and Mobilisation Manager. In these roles, they managed and contributed to comprehensive proposals and worked on complex bids in the security and logistics industry.

Before that, James was the Project and Bid Manager at the Wembley Stadium Centre of Excellence, delivering projects for notable clients, and a Lead Coordinator responsible for managing high-level consultancy and training projects.

James'searlier experience includes working as Operations Support in the Head Office of Integrated Security Consultants Limited, where they played a crucial role in strategic planning and staffing major events at Wembley National Stadium.

James Woollard received their Bachelor's Degree in History from the University of York in 2012. James then pursued a Master's Degree in International Security Studies at UCL from 2012 to 2013. In 2018, they started their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Senior Leadership at The Open University, which they are expected to complete in 2026. During their high school years at The Latymer School, Edmonton from 2001 to 2009, they studied English, History, and Politics A Levels. Additionally, they obtained certifications in various subjects such as Business Process Improvement, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Azure DevOps, Software Project Management Foundations, Strategic Thinking, Succeeding in DevOps, Transitioning from Waterfall to Agile Project Management, Prince2 Foundation, and Prince2 Practitioner.
