Erin Carroll has a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and a Master's degree in Social Work from The University of Toledo. Erin has worked in various roles at different agencies, including as a therapist at the Center for Child and Family Advocacy and Arrowhead Behavioral Health, where Erin specialized in treating individuals with co-occurring disorders. Currently, Erin serves as the Director of Clinical Services and Clinical Supervisor at RFS Behavioral Health. Prior to this, Erin worked as a Community Support Provider at Maumee Valley Guidance Center, providing case management to individuals with severe mental illness.

RFS behavioral Health exclusively provides outpatient and school based mental health services, our approach provides real time intervention, eliminates barriers, and engages the client in schools and/or their natural environment. RFS builds collaborative relationships with schools and community resources to provide our clients with a holistic, client centered approach.
