Nick Johnson-Jones has extensive experience in library and cultural services, having held various leadership roles in multiple municipalities. At Huddinge kommun as Enhetschef for a small unit, Nick addressed significant challenges related to work environment and safety. As Verksamhetschef, Nick successfully managed a large team overseeing public libraries and cultural initiatives, fostering collaboration with various community organizations. Earlier, at Botkyrka kommun, Nick served as a librarian and project leader, focusing on youth engagement and local participation. Nick furthered efforts in Nacka kommun by leading the largest public library unit, resulting in a substantial increase in visitor numbers.
