Hugh Tripp

Hugh Tripp has a strong background in the medical device industry, with experience working in various roles and companies. Hugh currently serves as the CEO and President/CEO at RF Venue, where they are responsible for the overall leadership and strategic direction of the company. Prior to this, Tripp was the Vice President of Engineering at Medrobotics Corporation, where they played a key role in driving the expansion of the company's FDA-approved scope into new applications/markets. Hugh also held the position of Director of Manufacturing Engineering at JustRight Surgical, LLC, where they were responsible for creating a manufacturable product design for the company's surgical system. Tripp has also held leadership positions at Cardiosolutions and Theragenics Corporation, where they managed teams and budgets for mechanical design, testing, and manufacturing. Hugh'searlier experience includes co-founding Soundwave Research Laboratories, Inc and working at Boston Scientific, where they advanced from a Project Engineer to the R&D Department Manager for the women's/urinary health and stone management division. Throughout their career, Tripp has demonstrated a strong track record of driving innovation, managing teams, and delivering successful products in the medical device industry.

Hugh Tripp has a B.S. degree in Business Management from Lesley University. Hugh also holds an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Manufacturing Processes from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
