Jason Gassman

Jason Gassman has a comprehensive background in finance and accounting, with a focus on operations management and team leadership. Jason is currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at RFX | REFE, a role they commenced in December 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of Finance at the same organization, a position they held since February 2022.

Before joining RFX | REFE, Jason held various roles at Jetco Delivery from February 2019 to August 2021. As the Vice President of Finance, they were responsible for overseeing accounting and financial operations, as well as human resources and procurement activities. Jason played a pivotal role in restructuring the finance/accounting department, implementing accounting standards and policies, and improving efficiency and compliance.

In this position, they managed accounting and financial activities for a $350M international operation, built and led accounting teams, and implemented solutions for improved performance and financial returns. Jason also served as the Accounting Manager and Accounting Supervisor during their tenure at Crane Worldwide Logistics.

Jason Gassman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of West Florida. In July 2019, they obtained their Certified Public Accountant certification from the State of Texas.
