Ryan Nolan

Ryan Nolan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ryan is currently serving as the Chief Capacity & Sales Officer at RFX | REFE, a position they have held since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the President of RFX | REFE's Tampa office from December 2022 to July 2023, where they focused on connecting shippers to their assets and partner drivers, as well as building a strong office culture.

Before joining RFX | REFE, Ryan was the Principal Owner of Skyway Securities, a real estate investment company specializing in residential rentals on Florida's Gulf Coast, starting from May 2022.

Ryan's previous experience includes founding the company Leaders in National Logistics Sales in Tampa Bay in 2016. Ryan also worked as Business Development at MoLo Solutions from September 2018 to November 2022, and held various roles at ReedTMS Logistics from July 2016 to August 2018, including Carrier Sales Manager, National Sales Manager, and Logistics.

Ryan began their career at Cavalry Logistics, where they held multiple positions, including National Account Sales and National Logistics Team Leader, from 2011 to 2013. Before that, they worked at Florida Compliance Experts, LLC as a Regional Consultant from August 2009 to October 2011, and at Uncle Joe's Ale Haus as a General Manager from January 2010 to March 2011.

Ryan also gained experience as an intern at In Your Face Advertising, LLC from May 2009 to August 2009, where they secured contracts with new clients and developed advertising content for local businesses.

Throughout their career, Ryan has demonstrated strong leadership, entrepreneurial skills, and a focus on employee development and customer satisfaction.

Ryan Nolan graduated from Florida State University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication. In 2010, they attended Florida Gulf Coast University and obtained a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration. Additionally, in July 2020, they obtained a certification in Post-Crisis Leadership from the University of South Florida.
