Tracy Lehnen is currently the Director of Product Marketing at RG Barry since April 2021. Before joining RG Barry, Tracy held the position of VP Marketing at Charles River Apparel from December 2015 to December 2020. At Charles River Apparel, they provided leadership and oversight for branding, marketing, and communication strategy, supervised various departments, and elevated brand recognition. Prior to that, Tracy worked as a Consultant at Jones & Vining from July 2015 to December 2015, conducting a feasibility study and developing market research and competitive analysis. Tracy also has experience working at Clarks, where they held multiple roles from Marketing Manager to Regional Director of Channel (Trade) Marketing-Americas, overseeing various marketing programs and strategies. Tracy's earlier experience includes being an Account Manager at The Coca-Cola Company, where they developed and executed marketing and sales plans for regional accounts.
Tracy Lehnen obtained a Digital Marketing Certificate from Rutgers Business School in 2015. Prior to that, Tracy completed an Associate's degree in Theatre/Theater at Florida State University. Tracy's highest level of education is a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from the University of Central Florida.
