Divia Padayachee

Divia Padayachee is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the creative industries. Currently serving as a Consultant and previously as a Senior Producer and Producer at R/GA since February 2020, Divia has demonstrated expertise in project management and production. Prior experience at Yeh IDeology from June 2014 to January 2020 included pivotal roles such as Account Manager | Chief of Staff, where Divia orchestrated a successful company pivot into Talent Strategies, and Junior Associate (Creative Recruitment Researcher), focusing on candidate research across various design disciplines. Additional experience includes editorial roles at The New School, design contributions at Stark Design, and various teaching and design positions at Rhodes University and other organizations. Divia holds a Master of Arts in Design Studies from Parsons School of Design and a Bachelor of Journalism from Rhodes University.
