Josefina Casellas

Josefina Casellas is a seasoned creative leader with over 19 years of experience in the advertising industry. Currently serving as the VP Executive Creative Director and General Manager for SS LATAM at R/GA since September 2018, Josefina has held various leadership roles, including Executive Creative Director and Group Creative Director. Prior to R/GA, experience includes a tenure at BBDO as Creative Director of Digital Content from July 2010 to September 2018, and a position as Senior Visual Designer at La Comunidad from March 2009 to July 2010. Earlier career highlights include work as a Visual Designer at Ogilvy & Mather from March 2004 to February 2009. Josefina holds a degree in Graphic Design from Universidad de Palermo, obtained between 1998 and 2002.
