Sophia Foroudastan

Sophia Foroudastan is a seasoned strategy director with extensive experience in leading strategic initiatives across various agencies. Currently serving as Strategy Director at R/GA since August 2022, Sophia has previously held the same title at Toaster, along with a co-founder and CXO role at Silver Street. With earlier positions as Senior Digital Strategist at Team One, Manager of Brand and Interaction Planning at Razorfish, and Associate Strategic Planner at RPA, Sophia has collaborated with notable clients including Lexus and Samsung. Educational credentials include an MBA from Cambridge Judge Business School and a B.S. in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University, complemented by a brief program at Miami Ad School.
