Carmel Twist

Carmel Twist is currently the Head of Underwriting at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated, where they have demonstrated extensive expertise in the underwriting field. They previously held the position of Senior Underwriting Consultant at the same organization from 2012 to 2017. Before that, Carmel gained experience as an Underwriter at Sovereign and AXA New Zealand from 1998 to 2003, and worked as a Senior Underwriter at TOWER New Zealand Limited from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, they consulted for various insurers between 2004 and 2006, enhancing their knowledge and skills in underwriting practices.
