Phil Dawe

Philip Dawe currently serves as the Group Head of Underwriting Performance and Planning at Lancashire Insurance Group since July 2023. Prior to this role, Philip held several key positions at Lancashire Syndicates Limited, including Chief Operating Officer and Underwriting Operations Manager from May 2017 to July 2023. Philip's career also includes extensive experience at Argenta Syndicate Management Ltd, where roles ranged from Underwriting Manager to Operations Manager, Syndicate Manager, and Syndicate Analyst between 2001 and May 2017. Philip earned a degree from the University of Sussex from 1990 to 1993.
