Cliff Jenks

Cliff Jenks is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Senior Vice President, Corporate and Securities Counsel at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated, a position held since March 2021, following roles as Vice President & Assistant General Counsel and Managing Counsel. In this capacity, Cliff manages all legal aspects of public company reporting and securities law compliance, while serving as lead counsel for merger, acquisition, and joint venture transactions. Prior to this, Cliff held the role of Associate General Counsel at Brown Shoe Company, focusing on securities filings and corporate governance, and practiced law at Bryan Cave and Frost Brown Todd, advising public companies and private equity funds on securities and corporate matters. Cliff holds a Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Economics from Centre College.
