Dan Tilley

Dan Tilley currently serves as the Director of Marketing Operations at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated since April 2020, following a role as Project Manager. Previously, Dan held the position of Director of Operations at Retail Technology Group from July 2018 to April 2020, where responsibilities included leading Project Management and Customer Relationship Management teams. Dan's extensive experience also includes over a decade at Equifax Workforce Solutions, starting in 2005 as Director of Operations and later as Director of Verifier Provisioning, overseeing teams to manage the distribution of employment and income verification services. Early career experience includes positions at Talx Corporation as Team Lead for W-2 Implementations and at Savvis Communications as Project Manager. Dan holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Missouri State University.
