Gareth Cooper

Gareth Cooper currently serves as the Executive Director, Head of Total Rewards for Asia Pacific at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated, since 2021, having also held the role of Director C&B in the same company. Prior experience includes notable positions at Telstra, where Gareth was the Remuneration Operations Lead, and Mercer, serving as the Regional Rewards Leader. Earlier career roles at DHL involved various leadership positions in Compensation and Benefits, where Gareth played a pivotal role in developing global reward policies and frameworks. Gareth also has experience as a Compensation Consultant at Reinsurance Group of America and as a Project Controller at Thames Water Utilities Limited. Academically, Gareth holds an MSc in Human Resources and Training from the University of Leicester.
