Hilary Young is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development across various sectors. Currently serving as Executive Director of Organisational Development for the Asia-Pacific region at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated, Hilary has previously held pivotal roles at Wolters Kluwer as Head of Human Resources for the TAA region and at Equifax as Manager of People & Performance. Additional experience includes managing HR functions at Johnson & Johnson, Snack Brands Australia, Merck Sharp & Dohme, Abbott, Quintiles, and Hudson. Hilary's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Asian Studies and an MBA, as well as various certifications in human resources and positive psychology.
