Jennie Calder Brown

Jennie Calder Brown is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the insurance and reinsurance sectors. Since August 2009, Jennie has served as the Executive Director of Global Claims, Research, Development & Training at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated. Prior to this role, Jennie held positions at XL Re, including Claims Manager and Senior Claims Underwriter, from September 2005 to August 2009. Additional experience includes a brief tenure as a Claims Consultant at SPS Wellbeing in late 2004 and roles at Unum UK from September 2001 to October 2004, where Jennie was a Lead Claims Assessor and Claims Management Specialist. Jennie holds a BSc degree in Psychology and Zoology from the University of Bristol, completed in July 2002.
