Neil Joynson is a Bermuda-based qualified chartered accountant with over 25 years of experience in the insurance and reinsurance industries, spanning Australia and Bermuda. They have held various significant roles, including Chief Financial Officer for RGA's Bermuda operations and Chief Compliance Officer for two Class E licensed reinsurers. Previous positions include managing financial reporting and compliance for multiple clients at Novus Management Limited and Acumen Group, as well as leading projects for major restructurings at EY. Neil holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Finance from Leeds Beckett University.
