Nick Licata, CPA CFA, has extensive experience in the audit and finance sectors, currently serving as Portfolio Manager II and Executive Director of RGA Global Audit at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated since July 1999. In these roles, Nick leads and manages global audit activities for Global Financial Solutions, Global Acquisitions, and Investments, while developing annual audit plans based on risk assessments and engagement with senior leadership. Nick also has a background as a Senior Manager, focusing on enhancing investment auditing capabilities and reporting results to senior management, as well as experience as a Project Manager overseeing Sarbanes-Oxley internal control reviews.
