Rakesh Anand

Rakesh Anand, FIA C.Act, CQF, CFA, is an accomplished finance and actuarial professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the insurance and reinsurance sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Modeling at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated, Rakesh has made significant contributions, including achieving an 80% reduction in asset projection run time. Prior to this, Rakesh held multiple senior positions at New York Life Insurance Company and MetLife, where responsibilities included building NII projection models and leading pivotal projects in cash flow testing and US GAAP compliance. Rakesh began the career as a Senior Software Engineer and has built a robust educational background, including an MBA in Finance & Strategy and ongoing studies in Data Science.
