Sara Gilliam

Sara Gilliam is an experienced project manager and quality assurance leader currently employed at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated since November 2004. In roles such as Director of Quality Assurance, Quality Assurance Manager, and Software Quality Assurance Analyst, Sara has led teams focusing on both internal and commercial projects, developing quality assurance strategies for Custom and SaaS delivery models, liaising with stakeholders during product design reviews, and ensuring compliance and technical accuracy in software documentation. Prior to this, Sara worked as a QA Specialist at DxR Development, where responsibilities included developing standards for product quality and monitoring program performance. Sara holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Information Systems Technology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
