Tay Hwee Loo

Tay Hwee Loo is an experienced professional in compliance and operational risk management, currently serving as the Head of Compliance and Operational Risk Management for South East Asia at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated. Prior to this role, Tay held various positions at AIA Malaysia, including Associate Director of Regulatory Compliance and Director of Compliance. Tay also contributed to Prudential Assurance Malaysia Berhad as a Senior Manager Compliance and Compliance Manager. Tay's earlier career includes auditing for Prudential Services Asia from 2010 to 2013.
