Tim Cardinal is currently the VP & Actuary of Non-Traditional Valuation at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated. With a robust background in the insurance industry, Tim co-founded Actuarial Compass and led significant consulting engagements focusing on GAAP LDTI implementations and peer reviews. Previously, Tim held various executive roles at Ohio National Financial Services, Inc., overseeing actuarial financial reporting and risk management. Tim earned an MBA in Management and Finance from the University of Cincinnati and holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Recognized as the 2014 SOA Volunteer of the Year, Tim actively contributes to industry councils and shares insights as a presenter and author.
