Trevor Thompson

Trevor Thompson, MPA, CEBS, is an experienced director in employee benefits currently serving as the Director of Health & Welfare Benefits at the Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated. With a history of roles including Sr. Director of Benefits Programs at Cleveland State University and Staff Benefits Administrator at Cleveland Clinic, Trevor has developed expertise in health & welfare insurance, employee benefit plan design, and ERISA. Trevor holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from the University of Akron and a Bachelor's Degree in History from The Ohio State University, along with a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist designation from the Wharton School of Business.
