Sally Hill

Sally Hill, CEBS and ISCEBS Fellow, serves as the System Director of Health & Welfare Benefits at CommonSpirit Health since June 2023. With extensive experience in benefits consulting, Sally Hill has held significant roles at Mercer as a Senior Associate and as the Owner/Senior Consultant at Sally L Hill Benefits Consulting, LLC. Previous positions include Senior Benefits Consultant at PeaceHealth, Client Executive at Propel Insurance, and various roles in other organizations. Expertise encompasses strategic and practical advisement on health and welfare benefits, compliance issues (ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA), plan design, and management of self-funded and fully-insured benefit programs, primarily for large organizations. Sally Hill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Portland State University and actively continues education through Alliance Francaise de Portland.
