Eddie Lau

Eddie Lau has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Eddie worked as the Head of Operations & Strategy, APAC at RGAX from March 2022 to the present. Prior to that, they served as the Regional Head of Pricing, Strategic Initiatives at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated from May 2019 to March 2022. Eddie was also an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from October 2014 to May 2019. Eddie started their career as an Actuarial Consultant at EY from September 2012 to September 2014, followed by roles as an Actuarial Consultant at Milliman Inc. from January 2009 to June 2012, and at Towers Perrin from August 2007 to December 2008.

Eddie Lau holds a Bachelor of Math degree in Actuarial Science and Economics from the University of Waterloo. Eddie also has an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Additionally, Eddie is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, having completed their studies at the Society of Actuaries.
