Neil Pedley has had an extensive career in the plumbing and heating industry, starting as a Trade Counter Sales Assistant and working their way up to Branch Manager roles. Neil has experience in managing staff, stock, health & safety, customer contact and care, and overall sales and profitability of branches. Neil has also worked as an Assistant Manager, supporting branch managers in various aspects of the business. Neil is currently working as a Plumbing & Heating Specialist at RGB Building Supplies.
