Raymond Ngai is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in managing and developing software solutions across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Manager of Software Engineering at RGB Spectrum since March 2013, Raymond has also held roles as Lead Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer within the same company. Prior to RGB Spectrum, Raymond worked at CloudSystems, Inc. as a Senior Software Engineer, where contributions included the development of a Device Management System for managing conference room devices. Raymond's earlier experience includes significant roles at Motorola Mobility, where design and development of a Device Management System was key, and at NETOPIA, INC., where Raymond was involved in the creation of a web-based Device Management System and other innovative products. Raymond began a career in quality assurance at FARALLON COMPUTING, focusing on LAN/WAN communications products. Educationally, Raymond holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from San Francisco State University.
