Scott Norder

Scott Norder has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Scott started their career as VP of Engineering at Systems Compatibility in 1986, where they worked until 1995. Scott then joined Inso as Division President in 1987, where they achieved significant revenue growth and negotiated license agreements with major technology companies. In 1999, they became Division President at Stellent, responsible for sales, operations, development, and marketing. During their tenure, they increased revenue and improved operating margins through strategic initiatives. In 2002, they joined AMX's senior executive team as Executive Vice President, overseeing Mergers & Acquisitions and developing strategic partnerships.
