Rita Cui is the Managing Director at RGF Professional Recruitment China. Rita has over 10 years of experience in recruiting and business management.

Rita started their career as a Sr. Procurement Engineer with Pratt & Whitney Canada in 2006. Rita worked both in Montreal and Shanghai for three years before moving to Hays in 2009.

At Hays, Rita was the lead industrial team member and top biller of China from 2014 to 2016. Rita was also the top biller of Asia in 2017. In their eight years with the company, they made a total of 233 placements and billed a total of RMB35 million.

Rita is a highly experienced and successful business manager with a proven track record of success in the recruitment industry.

Rita Cui studied for their MBA in International Business Administration at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, before completing a BA in Science&Biology at China Agricultural University. Rita also spent time studying at McGill University and Shanghai Weiyu High School.
