Meredith Menzies is a seasoned GM with extensive experience in HR, organizational development, and psychology. Meredith currently holds the position of GM People, Performance & Inclusion at RGF Staffing APEJ, overseeing DEI initiatives, talent programs, and HR business partner activities. Prior to this, Meredith served as GM People, Culture & Communications at Chandler Macleod Group and held various psychology-related roles at Defence Force Recruiting and AAPT. Meredith holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Celtic Studies, as well as a Master of Arts in Psychology with Merit from the University of Sydney.
